Bon Secours submitted its application on 24 October 2011, and public comment will be accepted until 8 December 2011, unless there are extenuating circumstances to justify an extension of time to submit comments.
The attempt to hide the CON application from the public might be considered an extenuating circumstance if intentional deception is found to be the motive. |
